Twitter & Chase for Small BusinessesLast Updated: June 21, 2013
Twitter announced on Monday that it has given small businesses with american banking group Chase one million US dollars in free advertising through Twitter Credits. The advertising will be awarded to small businesses in one hundred dollar increments, and there will be more details about the programme in the fall. The awards will be given to over four million small business customers of Chase, and these owners will also receive “access to research, best practices, and small business-focused workshops to better understand how to use Twitter to grow.” so wrote Twitter in a blog post.
Chase will also be using the new Twitter account @ChaseSmallBiz during the scheme. Both @ChaseSmallBiz and @TwitterSmallBiz will be posting how-tos as well as other instructional videos and messages in order to supply a near constant stream of educational resources for small businesses to utilise. Of course, Twitter has handed out free Twitter credit in the past. Frankly, it usually does work to gain public attention, and it offers a sense of trust with the social media network itself.Google+
